These are both graffiti as a genre, they normally are on the side of buildings under bridges mainly in random places so everyone can see. The beggar he is stating that he wants change not coins, he doesn't care about the money he wants a better society. The soldier is peeing in public while wearing his uniform, this can show a lack of respect to britain because even the soldiers are breaking laws. Random passerbys are the focus of both these pictures. Everybody walking by the art work are the audience.
